Our History
Established in 2021, Kaptain Karaage is currently based at the High Dive, Edinburgh. Kaptain Karaage was created whilst collecting inspiration and insight travelling around Asia on a culinary sabbatical. The owner, Balraj Singh aims to make you fall in love with Japanese food the same way he did in Osaka.
Our Cuisine
At Kaptain Karaage, we serve tasty and traditional Japanese street food. Our dishes are made using authentic recipes and ingredients, ensuring that every bite is full of flavour and culture.
